At Mediation will are always willing to help resolve Relationship problems, we at Mediation can help with the following:
- Parents – before and after separation
- Divorcing or separating couples (with or without children)
- Teenage parents
- Grandparents
- Adult siblings
- Parents and adult children
- Other members of the extended family
What does mediation cost?
If you are eligible for public funding (this used to be known as Legal Aid) then mediation is free – costs are not recovered at a later date.
The separate intake meeting is free if either you or your partner are eligible for public funding. The session can also be free if you are in receipt of certain benefits or on a low income with limited savings. The mediator will talk to you about you eligibility for funding support and will arrange it for you.
If you are not eligible for public funding then charges will apply.
You will be asked to make a payment in advance of each session – this can be done by debit card, credit card or cash.
As a registered charity we are committed to continual training and appraisal of practice to ensure the best possible quality of service and delivery. At the same time as a charitable organisation we are able to keep the costs to you as low as possible.
