Somerset Change, a division of Relate Somerset, is based in Somerset and is a county wide service which offers:

• Support for victims of domestic abuse
• Interventions for men
• Support for Adults & Children who have been affected
• Guidance & Information on Domestic Abuse

As our 'strap line' suggests, we aim to improve the safety of victims, male or female and to promote healthy relationships based on equality.

Somerset Change helps to promote healthy relationships based on equality.

We work in partnership with many agencies including Victim Support, the Police, Children's Social Care, Probation and Somerset Country Council to deliver these services.
